Terms and conditions

1. By submitting this form you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions
2. The prize draw is being run by Worthing Musical Comedy Society
3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and who are resident in the UK (WMCS members are excluded from the draw)
4. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted
5. The prize draw is free to enter
6. The closing date for entries is June 30th 2022 at 23:59
7. All entries received after the close date will not be eligible for the prize draw
8. The winner will be drawn at random
9. The prize will be one pair of tickets to WMCS’ next production (date, title, and location of show yet to be confirmed)
10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered. 
11. We reserve the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal or higher value should circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so
12. The decision of WMCS regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered to about it
13. The winner will be announced after 1st July 2022 via the email provided at the time of submitting the form
14. WMCS will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times
15. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will forfeit their prize and WMCS reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner
16. The prize will be collected at the date and time of the performance from the box office at the venue where the show will take place (to be confirmed by WMCS via email to the winner)
17. WMCS reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
